You acknowledge that the activity may involve risks such as, but not limited to, slips, falls, collisions with objects, and other accidents that may result in injury or illness.

You hereby waive and release any and all claims, actions, suits or demands of any kind or nature whatsoever against Yo Digo No Mas INC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives for any injury, illness, or loss of property that may occur during the hiking activity.
